Stick performance and care

Field hockey is a contact sport - as a result it is totally normal for your stick to reflect your passion for the game!

The good news: small chips in the paint graphics or underlying clear finish are completely normal and will not affect the performance of your stick.

If, however, there are large chunks of the stick missing, giant holes or if the stick physically cracks or breaks in two, it’s worth contacting us.  We usually start with a photograph to help assess the problem.
